Please follow these rules when checking out of your rental property:

DID YOU REMEMBER TO
● Remove all garbage from the house and dispose of as instructed in the Welcome Guide.
● CLEAN THE GRILL
● Close ALL windows and doors and lock everything.
● Turn all heat/AC to the appropriate setting: Winter leave heat set at 50 and Summer set AC to 72 where applicable. (Please do not leave the heat set at 80 degrees and walk out the door).
● Wash and put away all dishes – Please put dishes/pots/pans away where you found them or as close as possible. We will help with labeling where things go but to help with cleaning and inventorying, we ask you please be respectful of where items came from and make sure they are put back.
● Take what you came with…see insert below *
● Replace any furniture you moved (including outside furniture) back to the original location you found it. Remember, you are many people, our cleaners are one person possibly. They cannot move heavy furniture back by themselves if it has been moved. We prefer that you NOT MOVE any furniture during your stay, but we understand it may be necessary to move some things.
Please DO NOT take our blankets or pillow protectors home with you (these are the zippered ones on each pillow)
Please DO NOT take any hand towels or dish towels home with you. If something is soiled please leave the cleaner a note with the item and what the stain is so they can treat and wash appropriately.
*Please DO take home everything you came with or bought while you were here. We do enjoy the occasional “leave behind” but we do not want to find your dirty underwear under a bed or bathing suit behind the door. This includes: your car keys, your wallet, your cell phone, cell phone charger, speakers, video games/Firestick, pillows, jewelry/watches, MEDICATION, sunglasses/prescription glasses, beach chairs, grills, coolers etc.
Anything left behind (not including personal items such as keys, wallets, prescriptions etc) will NOT be returned. You are welcome to come back to get items left behind, but we will not mail any non-essential items back to their owners.
