Q: What is the minimum age to rent this home?

A: The minimum age of the primary renter is 30 years old. This is true for all our homes and there are no exceptions. This applies to prom, graduation, and bachelor/bachelorette parties.

Q: Is smoking permitted?

A: No

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: Yes.

Q: Does the house have air conditioning?

A: Yes, there is central air.

Q: Are linens provided?

A: Yes. 

Q: Are towels provided?

A: No.

Q: Does the property have a fire pit? Am I allowed to have a fire outdoors?

A: Yes there is a fire pit and burning is allowed outdoors. However, always make sure there isn't a burn ban in place before building a fire. You will need to bring your own wood.

Q: Will the GPS take me to the house or will I need directions?

A: The GPS will take you right to the house!

Q: Is there parking at the house? How many cars can we park?

A: Yes, there is a private driveway and can accommodate 5 cars. If you will have more than that, please call.

Q: What do I do with the trash?

A: Place in cans provided.

Q: Do I have access to community amenities?

A:  This community provides a community dock and boat slip. This home doesn't have any other amenities.

Q: Is the home lakefront?

A: No.

Q: Can I bring/rent a powerboat?

A: Yes, though you should make sure the docks are out on the lake first! This property has a boat slip at the community dock and can only accommodate one motor-craft.

Q: What size boats can the lake/dock accommodate?

A: Lake Wallenpaupack can accommodate all size boats and motors. This property has a boat slip at the community dock and can only accommodate one motor-craft.

Q: Where is the nearest boat launch?

Q: Can you swim in the lake?

A: YES! Every lake in the area - big or small, private or public - is safe to swim in. If there is a dock, you can swim off the dock.

Q: How many beds are there? What sizes are they?

A: 3 beds and 2 air mattresses: 2 queens, 1 full, and 2 queen size air mattresses.

Q: How many bathrooms are there?

A: 3 baths: 1 shower tub, 2 showers.

Q: How many TVs are there? What size are they?

A: 5 TVs: 1 large flatscreen in the living room, 1 large flatscreen in family room, and 1 smaller TV in each bedroom.

Q: What Entertainment options does the house have?

A: We want your vacation at our rental properties to be as comfortable and fun as possible. We provide a lot of options for entertainment such as Netflix, a Smart TV, a DVD Player, a Stereo, Cable, WiFi, and HDMI Ports. 

Q: What other options for activities does this house have?

A: This house has Board Games for a great Family Game Night! A Fooseball table and dart board.

A: To ensure our property has a homey feel for you and your family to feel comfortable, we make sure to stock the kitchen with basic supplies. This house has:

A: 10-12 people in the dining room and 6 in outdoor eating area

A: 12: 6 people in living room and 6 in family room.

Q: Does the house have a fireplace / wood stove?

A: Yes, there is a wood burning fireplace and also an electric BBQ smoker.

Q: Do we have to bring our own wood?

A: Yes.

Q: What kind of grill does the property have?

A: Propane.

Q: Do we need to bring propane?

A: No, that is always included in our homes.

Q: Are there water toys/ life jackets/ beach chairs available?

A: There are no water toys. However, there are life jackets and children under 16 must wear life jackets when on community dock.
