FAQ's for Pine Beach Ranch

If you've booked your vacation at our wonderful Pine Beach Ranch property, please read this FAQ to learn more. Please note, our staff compiled a comprehensive list of all appliances, items, etc. in the property; if it's not listed in the Answers, the house does not have it. Want a printable list version? Q: What is the minimum age to rent this home?

A: The minimum age of the primary renter is 30 years old. This is true for all our homes and there are no exceptions. This applies to prom, graduation, and bachelor/bachelorette parties.

Q: Is smoking permitted?

A: No

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: No.

Q: Does the house have air conditioning?

A: There are two Mini-Split (ductless) AC units, one in each living area.  

Q: Are linens provided?

A: Yes.

Q: Are towels provided?

A: Yes

Q: Does the property have a fire pit? Am I allowed to have a fire outdoors?

A: Yes there is a small firepit on the back deck of the house and a large wood firepit down a the lakefront.  

Q: Will the GPS take me to the house or will I need directions?

A: The GPS will take you right to the house!

Q: Is there parking at the house? How many cars can we park?

A: Yes, there is a private driveway and can accommodate 6-8 cars. If you will have more than that, please call.

Q: When is check-in?

A: 4:00PM

Q: When is check-out?

A: 11:00AM

Q: What do I do with the trash?

A: Garbage cans provided, call Guest Service for pickup if needed during your stay.

Q: Do I have access to community amenities?

A:  This home is not in a community that has amenities.  It is a private lakefront home and has a shared dock available. 


Q: Is the home lakefront?

A: Yes. 

Q: Can I bring/rent a powerboat?

A: Yes, there is a dock that is shared with two other neighbors. There’s is a guaranteed space for one boat.

Q: Can you swim in the lake?

A: YES! Every lake in the area - big or small, private or public - is safe to swim in. If there is a dock, you can swim off the dock.


Q: How many beds are there? What sizes are they?

A: 6 beds: 2 queens, a full, three twins (1 bunk and a single).  There is a queen size air mattress for 2 more

Q: How many bathrooms are there?

A: 2 full bathrooms both with tub/shower combos.

Q: How many TVs are there? What size are they?

A: 3 large flatscreens.  2 TV's with cable, one without.

Q: What Entertainment options does the house have?

A:   We provide a lot of options for entertainment such as a DVD Player, a Stereo, Video Games, Cable, WiFi, and HDMI Ports. 

Q: What other options for activities does this house have?

A: This house has a Pool Table and some Board Games for a great Family Game Night!

Q: What Appliances and Supplies does the Kitchen have?

A: It is our priority to make sure each home is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation with the comforts of home. This house has:

Q: What other Appliances and things does this house have?

A: This property also has a Washing Machine, Dryer, and a Vacuum Cleaner. 

Q: How many does the dining room table sit?

A: 15: 6 in the dining room, 6 in the kitchen, and 3 at the bar.  There are two large tables out on the back deck to accommodate all your guests.  

Q: How many does the living room sit?

A: 6 in the front living room, 6 in the back living room plus the chairs at each of the dining room tables.  

Q: Does the house have a fireplace / wood stove?

A: Our wood stoves are not allowed to be used by guests.  

Q: Do we have to bring our own wood?

A: You will need to bring wood for the outside firepits.  

Q: What kind of grill does the property have?

A: Propane

Q: Do we need to bring propane?

A: No, that is always included in our homes.

Q: Are there water toys/ life jackets/ beach chairs available?

A: No but there are several Adirondack chairs to use both on the deck and down at the lakeside.
