LAKE & DOCK INFORMATION
One of the best parts of this home is having direct access to Lake Wallenpaupack and your own private dock! Bring your boat or jet skis and enjoy everything the lake has to offer.
Please keep in mind that lake levels fluctuate seasonally and dock access can vary with weather conditions. Dock installation typically begins in late April, and dock availability before Memorial Day is not guaranteed. During summer, unusually high water can occasionally affect dock walkway access. In the fall, docks are gradually removed for the winter season. The lake typically freezes in winter, when ice fishing is a popular activity. Access to frozen lake surfaces is at your own risk.
The shoreline is rocky, so water shoes are recommended.

THE HOME
The cabin comfortably accommodates your group with three full-size beds and two twin beds (one in each upstairs bedroom, perfect for the little ones). There is one shared full bathroom and a private half bath in the primary bedroom.
The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, dishes, utensils, and everything you need to prepare meals. Enjoy dining indoors at the table for six or take your meals outside to the patio. Linens, basic kitchen essentials, and starter supplies are provided. Please remember to bring your own personal bath and beach towels.
GUEST ACCESS & CHECK-IN
Guests have access to the entire home, with the exception of designated locked owner storage areas. Approximately half of the lower level is reserved for owner use.
Check-in is convenient and contactless using a lockbox. Once your required reservation paperwork is complete, you'll receive our Digital Welcome Guide with everything you need to know about arrival, the home, local recommendations, and departure.
A FEW THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
This is a family-friendly home in a residential lake community. We welcome families and respectful guests looking to enjoy a relaxing getaway. This is not a party property.
Our community has specific age requirements: at least 75% of adult guests must be 30 or older, with the remaining 25% at least 25. Children traveling with their parents are exempt. All reservations require a signed short-term rental agreement and completed reservation form within 48 hours of receipt.
Parking is available for up to four vehicles, including a boat trailer. Up to four additional daytime guests are permitted beyond the registered overnight guests.
Quiet hours are 11 PM to 8 AM. Smoking is not permitted inside the home, and fireworks, firearms, and projectile weapons are prohibited. We also maintain a strict no-pet policy, and exceptions cannot be accommodated.

Cancelation Policy
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $500.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Check-Out Expectations
We kindly request that you turn off all electronics, close and secure all doors/windows, and lock up before departure. We also ask that all trash and food items be removed and placed in the proper waste bins outside of the home. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and we would love to host you again!
