This spacious chalet offers three separate living areas—one on each level—making it easy for everyone to relax. All rooms feature a TV with Roku, so kids and adults can enjoy their own space. All five bedrooms overlook peaceful wooded views.
The lower level includes a cozy living room with gas fireplace, TV, sleeper sofa, plus a ping-pong and air hocky table. You’ll also find two queen bedrooms and a full bath with shower.
The main level features an open living area with fireplace, TV, kitchen, dining area, full bath, and the master bedroom.
Upstairs, is two queen bedrooms a bathroom and large loft with two large sofa’s, futon and TV. Additional sleeping space is available on the futon or an AeroBed air mattresses.

Fireplace - This home has two gas fireplace located in both Living rooms.
Outdoor Spaces - This home sits on a private yard. There are two decks for enjoying nature. The back deck is for grilling and dining (Propane BBQ grill) and the front deck is for relaxing.
Fire pit - The house also has a large, designated fire pit.
Community Amenities
Masthope Mountain Community offers year-round activities for all ages, including hiking trails, lakes for swimming and fishing, outdoor pools, playgrounds, and dining at the Summit Restaurant and bar.
Amenity passes are available for $10/day per person and provide access to the pool, beach/lake, fitness center, and horseback riding. Many amenities are included at no cost, such as playgrounds, hiking trails, mini golf, river park, game room, and sports courts. (Passes are not available July 4th weekends.)
In the winter, enjoy skiing at Ski Big Bear, with guests receiving 25% off lift tickets when purchased in person.

Cancelation Policy
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $500.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Check-Out Expectations
We kindly request that you turn off all electronics, close and secure all doors/windows, and lock up before departure. We also ask that all trash and food items be removed and placed in the proper waste bins outside of the home. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and we would love to host you again!
