Outdoor Spaces - The upper deck is open to sunshine and cool lake breezes, two dining tables and the propane BBQ grill. The lower deck is covered by the upper deck and a nice place to sit and relax away from the rest and read a book. The private grassy yard has a pathway to the fire pit and dock.

Screen Porch - Don’t want to be “bugged” on your vacation. Our large screen porch is perfect for lounging and dining.

Fire pit - The house also has a  large, designated fire pit down by the water.

**This spacious three-story chalet offers panoramic lake views from every level and all the comforts of home — perfect for families or groups of up to 10 guests. The main level has an open-concept living area with large flat-screen TV, modern, fully equipped kitchen ideal for family meals and entertaining, dining area with seating for the whole group and a master bedroom with king bed and private bath. Just off the kitchen is a large screened-in porch for bug-free summer nights. Just in case you need to do laundry, we have a dedicated laundry room with full size washer and dryer, utility sink and room to fold. The upper level has three bedrooms. One with a queen bed, one with a full bed, and one with three twin beds — perfect for kids or singles. We provide sheets, pillows and quilts/comforters for all beds. In addition to the three bedrooms we also have a small loft area you can play games in or read. There is a small TV as well if anyone wants to watch their own show in peace. The lower level has a spacious family room with large sectional sofa and flat-screen TV, game table for fun nights, and an air hocky table. For additional sleeping, we have an air mattress (feel free to bring more if you need) and a 1/2 bath. Sliding glass doors lead to another deck and a private path to the lake. GUEST ACCESS Access to the property is contactless by lock box. Our Digital Welcome Guide is a complete guide to your arrival, stay and departure for your rental home. The Welcome Guide is sent when the required forms and information is received. Guests have access to the whole house. Locked closets/areas are as follows: 1 linen closet on 3rd floor and two doors in basement leading to owners private storage area are also locked. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE - BOOKING REQUIREMENTS 75% of guests need to be 30 or older with an exception for children traveling with their parents. The remaining 25%, will need to be 25 and over. This home is for families and respectful guests, it is not a party property. All bookings are required to sign a short-term lease after the booking has been accepted to satisfy community requirements. WHO WE ARE This property is managed by a local real estate agent. Property Owners rely on our team to book and manage their home for you and to make sure your rental needs are met. To make sure each property is well maintained, each reservation will require a rental agreement to be signed. The Rental Agreement is posted on this site and is available for review at check out. In addition to the Rental Agreement posted on VRBO, you will receive a Reservation Form that is required to be completed within 48 hours of receipt.
