Lake Views - Spectacular views of the Lake from almost every room in the house.
Two private Docks - each with a jet ski ramp. The steps to the docks can be somewhat of a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. Please consult if you have questions about dock accessibility.
Property Manager - Need anything? You'll receive a direct line to a property manager upon check-in.
Lake Toys - This home has 4 kayaks and 2 SUP’s for guests to use. There are an assortment of life jackets as well.
Outdoor Spaces - This home sits on a large flat private yard. There is a communal firepit used for both houses that overlooks the lake. Each cottage has a large deck with 8’ picnic tables. Each cottage has an upper covered porch with 2 swings off each master bedroom. Each Cottage bedroom has a private outside entrance if needed.

Cancelation Policy
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $500.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Check-Out Expectations
We kindly request that you turn off all electronics, close and secure all doors/windows, and lock up before departure. We also ask that all trash and food items be removed and placed in the proper waste bins outside of the home. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and we would love to host you again!
